Job Description

Casagrand is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Property Consultant to join our Pune team.

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in engaging prospective customers, understanding their requirements, and aligning them with the right property solutions. You will be the first point of contact and a key influencer in the customer journey, supporting the sales team to ensure seamless conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential customers and qualify leads.
Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate project options.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure follow-ups and timely closures.
Maintain and update lead details in CRM and ensure accurate tracking.
Schedule site visits and ensure customer engagement until handover to sales.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead conversion and engagement targets.
Provide detailed project information to clients with professionalism and clarity.
Assist the marketing team in lead feedback and campaign performance analysis.

Key Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
1-3 years of experience in presales, tele calling, or customer engagement (real estate experience is a plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and objection-handling abilities.
Proficient in CRM software and MS Office tools.
Language Proficiency: English, Hindi, Marathi needed.
