Prompt Engineer

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Write, test, and refine prompts for GPT-based tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.). Develop prompt workflows for use cases like lead follow-up, automated replies, and summaries. Evaluate prompt output for accuracy, tone, clarity, and business relevance. Collaborate with developers and product teams to integrate prompt logic into workflows. Continuously iterate based on user feedback and performance data. Ensure prompts support English fluently; Tamil is an added advantage. Key Skills Required: Proven experience with ChatGPT, Jasper , or similar AI writing platforms. Strong understanding of prompt structuring , conversational design, and tone control. Excellent written and spoken English communication . Ability to interpret user intent and create contextual responses. Familiarity with automation tools and workflow builders is a plus. Tamil reading/writing is optional but beneficial.
