Digital Health Promoter Client : A Leading Hospital (via Human Capital Express) Location : Visakhapatnam, Ongole, Ranchi, Bangalore DR, SuchirayuHubli, NMRHubli, Gulbarga, Borivali (Mumbai), Indore, Cuttack, HMS Ahmedabad, Baroda, Bhavnagar, Rajkot Employment Type : Full-Time | Permanent Industry : Healthcare Technology & Patient Services Department : Sales & Patient Engagement About the Role Are you passionate about tech and health? We're looking for energetic, people-friendly individuals to become Digital Health Promoters at one of Indias most trusted hospital chains. You’ll play a key role in guiding patients and their families in using the hospital’s digital health app—enabling smoother access to healthcare services and creating better patient experiences. Your Mission Be the bridge between patients and digital healthcare. You will: Help patients and caregivers download and navigate the hospital’s app Guide them through: Booking doctor appointments Ordering medicines via the ePharmacy Viewing reports and accessing medical records Making payments through the app Provide on-the-spot support for login or tech issues Use your own smartphone to demonstrate the app, if needed Maintain a calm, friendly, and respectful demeanor at all times Work Schedule Days : Monday to Saturday Hours : As per hospital OPD timings Languages Required : Local Language + Hindi + English Performance Matters You’ll track and report your daily progress, including: Patients approached App downloads ePharmacy transactions Issues resolved Patient feedback Top performers may be eligible for monthly incentives! What We’re Looking For Strong verbal communication in local language , Hindi , and English Tech-savvy and comfortable using mobile apps Confident, compassionate, and approachable Prior experience in healthcare, retail, or customer service is a plus Own a smartphone with internet access Willingness to follow patient confidentiality and data privacy norms Must-Haves 12th pass minimum; graduates preferred Background in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Pharmacy, or Communication is desirable Certification in sales, digital literacy , or healthcare support is a bonus Must wear client-branded T-shirts and ID badge during duty hours Why This Role is Unique You won’t be stuck behind a desk—you’ll be interacting with real people, making a real difference , and helping bring healthcare into the digital age.
