Position Title: Promoter This role needs the candidates to encourage the download of hospital App with existing patients. Promote the application. Client: A Leading Hospital (via Human Capital Express) Locations: Visakhapatnam, Ongole, Ranchi, Bangalore DR, SuchirayuHubli, NMRHubli, Gulbarga, Borivali (Mumbai), Indore, Cuttack, HMS Ahmedabad, Baroda, Bhavnagar, Rajkot Work Schedule: Days: Monday to Saturday Hours: As per hospital OPD timings Languages Required: Local Language + Hindi + English Role & Responsibilities: Educate patients and their caregivers about the hospitals digital health app and its features. Assist with: Downloading and registering on the app Booking doctor appointments Ordering medicines via the ePharmacy platform Making hospital payments Accessing medical records and reports Use personal smartphones to demonstrate app features, if required Provide real-time support for login issues, navigation, or payment-related queries Maintain a professional, patient-friendly demeanor at all times Performance Monitoring: Submit daily reports capturing: Number of patients approached App downloads ePharmacy orders Issues/escalations handled General feedback or observations Participate in weekly performance reviews based on submitted metrics Maintain professionalism and adhere to hospital hygiene and etiquette standards Ensure respectful and empathetic communication with patients Wear client-branded t-shirts and identification badges during duty hours Requirements: Strong communication skills in local language, Hindi, and English Comfortable using smartphones and mobile applications Confident, approachable, and patient-centric Prior experience in healthcare, retail, or other customer-facing roles is preferred Must own a smartphone with reliable internet access Strictly avoid accessing, storing, or sharing patient data Maintain confidentiality at all times Promoter Identification ID badge and client-branded attire are mandatory during duty hours Incentive Opportunities (Discretionary) Promoters demonstrating exceptional performance may be eligible for incentives, subject to managerial review Preferred Candidate Profile: Education: Minimum: 12th pass (Higher Secondary) from a recognized board Preferred: Graduates in any streamespecially Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Healthcare, or Communications Certifications in healthcare, sales, or digital literacy are a plus
