EPC of API, Formulation, Injectable Manufacturing Facilities & Research and Development Lab (Pharmaceuticals). Design, planning, budgeting & execution of Greenfield and Brown field API & Formulation projects. Preparing BOQ, evaluating technical bids for process and utility equipment. Creating PRs, tracking material inventory, and overseeing project milestones. Managing validation activities for process and utility equipment, cleanroom validation (Class D and C areas), purified water generation system, and facility qualification. Leading in Inventory & Procurement management, Validation compliance, vendor & stakeholder coordination, Budgeting & cost control.
