Generate new leads and opportunities from upcoming construction projects. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable product solutions. Follow up actively to achieve sales targets. Coordinate with internal teams for delivery, invoicing, and customer service. Maintain strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Provide insights on market trends, competitors, and client feedback. Regular field visits and site interactions are required. 🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in project sales, field sales, or building material sales. Strong network with builders, contractors, or architects is a plus. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office/CRM tools. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
