Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives within project timelines. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, from initial contact through project completion, ensuring customer satisfaction. Lead Generation & Opportunity Identification: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target market, including prospecting and lead qualification. Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (project management, engineering, etc.) to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. Proposal Development & Negotiation: Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage pricing strategies. Project Monitoring & Reporting: Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation plans. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and project status. Market Knowledge & Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies. Specific Skills & Experience: Sales Skills: Proven ability to build relationships, identify needs, present solutions, and close deals. Project Management Fundamentals: Understanding of project lifecycles, planning, and execution. Communication & Presentation Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interactions and presentations. Negotiation & Closing Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals with clients. Technical Aptitude: Understanding of the products or services being sold and the ability to explain them to clients. Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues that arise during the sales process.
