Project Manager Technical Projects

As a Technical Project Lead, you will be responsible for leading and delivering end-to-end IT projects with a focus on Python full-stack development, AI/ML-based solutions, or other software development projects. Your role will involve bridging the gap between the development team and client expectations, requiring a mix of technical involvement and people/client management. Your main responsibilities will include coordinating with various teams to ensure project execution, translating client requirements into technical tasks, monitoring project progress, providing technical guidance, and acting as the primary point of contact for clients. Additionally, you will be involved in sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and maintaining project documentation to ensure deliverables meet quality standards. To be successful in this role, you should have a strong technical background in Python, Full Stack Development, or AI/ML projects, along with experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams. An excellent understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies, coupled with problem-solving skills and effective communication, will be key to your success. Experience with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or ClickUp, knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, and familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines would be advantageous but not mandatory.
