Project Manager - Software

As a Project Manager at Salescom Services Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in leading the planning, execution, and successful delivery of automation projects within ASP.NET or similar traditional environments. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders across UK and Kolkata offices, as well as external customers at the CXO level. Strong technical expertise in Microsoft technologies, especially ASP.NET, C#, and SQL Server, is essential for this role. Your responsibilities will include leading, planning, and managing ASP.NET web and related automation software development projects from initiation to successful delivery. You will gather requirements, review project scope documentation, prioritize tasks, and make informed decisions on technology and resource allocation. Effective communication with stakeholders and customers, coordination of internal teams and vendors, and facilitation of Agile ceremonies will be key aspects of your role. To succeed in this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, proven experience in leading software development projects, technical proficiency in ASP.NET technologies, and a track record of successful project delivery. Strong communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and team-building skills are essential. Experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies, as well as proficiency in project and version control tools, will be beneficial. Desired qualifications include experience in data analytics and automation implementation, relevant certifications such as PMP or Agile Scrum Master, familiarity with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure, exposure to front-end frameworks like Angular or React, and knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
