Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you are responsible for working with delivery stream leads across Front, Middle, and Back Office applications to define and execute a comprehensive, documented, repeatable, resourced, audited, and budgeted end-to-end (E2E) test plan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define, coordinate, and execute detailed E2E test plans
• Utilize test tools for capturing, reporting, and repeating test cases
• Manage issue reporting, tracking, and resolution using tools such as JIRA
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with senior stakeholders across internal and external client groups
• Identify and engage all relevant stakeholders to ensure test planning, execution, and reporting are scoped, resourced, and budgeted within constraints of time, quality, and cost
• Ensure high-quality standards of documentation, processes, and control environment
• Work independently in unstructured environments with minimal supervision
• Adapt effectively to changing project scopes, priorities, and domains

Mandatory Domain Expertise:

• Define, manage, execute, and report detailed programme E2E test plans
• Experience in managing E2E testing for large-scale change programmes
• Strong knowledge of the trade lifecycle in an investment banking environment

Skills & Experience:

• Overall 5 years of investment banking/BFSI experience, including a minimum of 2 years in test management
• Excellent stakeholder management and structured communication skills
• Proficiency in issue and test management tools (e.g., JIRA)
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Flexible and open to change; able to adapt to dynamic project constraints
