Job Description

1. Proven ability to organize and execute projects in a consistent, repeatable and reliable manner. 2. Excellent time management, communications, decision making, presentation, human relations and organization skills. 3. Able to resolve problems in a timely manner. 4. Basic understanding of ITSM, ServiceNow 5. Should be able to deliver projects in both Agile and Waterfall 6. Should have excellent skills in Risk, Cost, time management 7. Should be a team player with ability of leadership 8. Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment 9. Enterprise level use of MS Office suite including MS Project 10. Excellent expertise in project management with experience in scoping, planning, leading and monitoring large-scale, complex technical projects from initiation to handover 11. Excellent communication skills 12. Experience to handle global clients 13. PMP and other project management certification would be added advantage 14. Should be able to work with technical and functional team 15. Should be expert in conflict management 16. Effectively communicates upwards to senior management and stakeholders as well as downwards to project team resources 17. Proactively works to identify and manage project risks and issues, ensures appropriate response plans are developed and executed. 18. Effectively manages change to the project baseline by assessing project variance and evaluating impacts supported by the use of rigorous change control processes.
