4 Identify and manage project risks, issues, and constraints. Coordinate with
stakeholders to ensure project alignment with goals and objectives.
5 Allocate resources, tasks, and responsibilities to project team members.
Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines; take corrective actionsas needed. Communicate project status, updates, and challenges to internaland external stakeholders.
6 Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
Prioritize safety and quality throughout project execution.
7 Manage changes in project scope, objectives, and requirements. Foster a
positive team environment that promotes collaboration and performance.
8 Manage project procurement, including sourcing materials and services.
Collaborate with regulatory bodies to obtain necessary permits andapprovals.
9 Adapt leadership style based on the needs and dynamics of project teams.
Showcase professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
10 Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Collaborate with finance teams to manage project financials and costtracking.
