Project Manager (Civil)

As a Project Manager - Civil specializing in High-Rise Buildings, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the execution of upcoming high-rise residential and commercial projects in Trivandrum, Kerala. With a minimum of 15 years of experience in civil construction, particularly in managing large-scale building projects, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, safety, timelines, and budget compliance of the projects. Your primary focus will be on leading the project site operations and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure the smooth flow of the projects. Your key responsibilities will include developing project plans, schedules, and budgets, supervising site engineers and contractors, ensuring compliance with regulatory norms and safety standards, and conducting regular site inspections and quality audits. Additionally, you will be required to manage procurement of materials, resolve technical issues efficiently, and maintain project documentation for timely handover of completed projects. To excel in this role, you must hold a B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized university and possess strong leadership, coordination, and decision-making skills. In-depth knowledge of project management tools, construction processes, and structural systems will be essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Your willingness to relocate to Trivandrum and work full-time at the project site will be crucial for the successful execution of your responsibilities. Preferred qualifications for this position include a PMP or equivalent project management certification, experience with reputed construction or real estate firms, and familiarity with Kerala's local building codes and regulations.
