Project Manager - C Automation Testing

You are an experienced Project Manager (PM) specializing in automation testing, specifically within the medical devices industry. Your primary responsibility is to lead and oversee all automation testing activities, ensuring compliance with global healthcare regulations and maintaining high-quality delivery standards. Your key responsibilities will include supervising test automation activities across projects in the medical devices domain, reviewing and approving test scripts, implementing best practices in test automation, mentoring engineers in automation testing methodologies, building technical capabilities within the team, ensuring adherence to global healthcare regulations, interpreting regulatory requirements, acting as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, aligning technical and business requirements, providing hands-on technical support and guidance, and monitoring emerging trends in test automation for potential adoption. To excel in this role, you should have at least 10 years of experience in testing, with a minimum of 5 years dedicated to test automation. You must have a proven track record of leading automation testing for medical devices and possess expertise in desktop-based automation on platforms such as Windows-based, FlaUI, WinAppDriver, TestComplete, and WhiteFramework. Additionally, you should be adept at script review, technical documentation, and familiar with global healthcare regulations. Your experience in team leadership, coaching, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies will be crucial for success in this position.,
