Position Overview

You will be the central point of coordination, ensuring that our technical teams have the resources they need and that our clients are always informed. This role is crucial for maintaining our reputation for excellence and ensuring the smooth delivery of our cybersecurity services from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Multi-Project Coordination:

  Simultaneously manage a portfolio of diverse cybersecurity projects (e.g., penetration tests, forensic investigations, security audits) from kickoff to closure.

• Planning & Scheduling:

  Develop detailed project plans, define project scope and objectives, and create and manage timelines for multiple concurrent projects.

• Resource Allocation:

  Work with technical leads to allocate consultants and resources effectively across various ongoing projects, resolving scheduling conflicts as they arise.

• Client Communication:

  Serve as a primary point of contact for clients on project-related matters, providing regular status updates, managing expectations, and ensuring client satisfaction across all assigned projects.

• Risk Management:

  Identify potential risks, dependencies, and roadblocks for each project and proactively implement mitigation strategies.

• Team Coordination:

  Facilitate communication and collaboration between our internal teams of consultants, analysts, and technical experts to ensure project milestones are met.

• Reporting & Documentation:

  Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular status reports to senior management on the progress of all active projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications (Must-Haves)

• Proven Multi-Project Experience:

  Demonstrable experience in a project coordination or project management role where you were responsible for

  managing multiple, concurrent projects

• Education:

  A Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
