You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing resources to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. As a Senior Project Engineer, you will work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are executed according to plan. Monitoring the progress of work with respect to the master project schedule will be a key aspect of your role. You will also be involved in the administration of all contracts, assisting in the resolution of differences and disputes, ensuring quality parameters are met, and implementing safety standards at the site. Furthermore, you will escalate abnormal developments to the project manager, clarify specifications, monitor construction activity, schedule, milestones, and adherence to budgets, provide cost-saving solutions, negotiate contractor change orders, manage the project's risk management process, and ensure that project construction and safety management plans are fully implemented.
