Project Design Coordinator

We are searching for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator (Furniture Designer) to join our team at a prominent MNC furniture company. This role requires expertise in designing for furniture and interiors, along with a solid understanding of fabrication processes and materials such as wood, metal, veneers, laminates, and ironmongery. Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must. As part of the initial phase, this position will be remote, transitioning to an office-based role once the Kochi setup is finalized. Candidates must be located in Kochi or be prepared to relocate. All interviews will be conducted virtually, and the submission of drawing samples is a mandatory requirement during the candidate submission process. The ideal candidate should possess 3-5 years of experience in creating precise shop drawings for upscale furniture and interior fit-out projects. Key responsibilities include producing accurate shop drawings, collaborating with design and production teams, interpreting architectural and interior design drawings, incorporating feedback into revisions, liaising with suppliers and site teams, and upkeeping documentation.
