Job Description: Project Coordinator Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. - Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information. - Monitor project progress (in JIRA) and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders. - Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project objectives and deliverables. - Maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and risk management logs. - Identify potential project risks and work with the team to develop mitigation strategies. - Organize and lead project meetings, ensuring effective participation and follow-up on action items. - Support project managers in managing budgets and resources efficiently. - Ensure adherence to company policies and best practices in project management. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in MIS, or a related field. - Minimum of 2+ years of experience in project coordination or management in an IT environment. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Scrum Master certification, preferred.
