Job Description

The Project Coordinator will work closely with project team members, managers, and leads to help deliver major organizational projects efficiently. Responsibilities include maintaining and monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures. The Project Coordinator will also share relevant documentation and reports with project teams and develop an in-depth understanding of project scope and particulars, such as timeframes, financials, and outcomes. They must understand formal escalation and review processes and provide support to project managers and business leaders as requested. Additionally, the Project Coordinator will document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings, ensure project deadlines are met, and determine project changes. They will also undertake project tasks as required and create a project management calendar to fulfill each goal and objective.
