Job Title: Project Coordinator / Project Engineer – Electroplating Plant Projects

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Sri Sai Electroplating Automation Pvt Ltd. is a leading turnkey solution provider in electroplating plant design, equipment manufacturing, and industrial automation. We are expanding our operations and looking for a Project Coordinator / Project Engineer to manage end-to-end project execution, customer follow-ups, and ensure on-time delivery.

Job Description:

We are hiring a dedicated Project Coordinator / Engineer with 1–2 years of experience in project execution and customer coordination. The candidate will be responsible for time planning, project tracking, customer communication, production follow-up, and issue resolution to meet project milestones and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage the time plan/schedule for each project from order confirmation to final dispatch.
• Act as the Single point of contact with customers for project updates, approvals, and clarifications.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, procurement, production, QC) to ensure project progress.
• Provide daily/weekly updates to management and customers on project status.
• Identify bottlenecks, delays, or technical issues, and coordinate for resolution with relevant departments.
• Maintain proper documentation for each project, including material flow, milestones, and client communications.
• Ensure delivery timelines are met and quality expectations are fulfilled.

Required Skills:

• Strong project management and coordination skills.
• Basic technical understanding of mechanical/electrical/industrial equipment.
• Ability to track production activities and ensure milestone-based completion.
• Good communication and follow-up skills with both clients and internal teams.
• Problem-solving attitude and proactive work approach.

Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in project coordination or execution in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in plating plant projects or industrial equipment is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,275.97 - ₹38,091.52 per month
