Project coordinator: The role focuses on handling various projects like warehouse, ISO implementation, business expansion, vendor co-ordination and assisting General Manager in day to day operations and driving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage ongoing projects like warehouse upgradation, ISO certifications and new upcoming projects 2. Coordination with vendors involve in recruitment, system upgradations, new technologies and systems 3. Assisting the GM in her day to day operation in regards to the Operational activities to ensure smooth functioning at workplace. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery and execution of new projects. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in project coordination, vendor coordination, office coordination and assisting sr. leadership in day to day operation. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure. Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
