Youll work closely with both external and internal stakeholders to deliver high quality projects. Key Responsibilities: Streamline marketing processes by identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions. Collaborate with both internal external teams to create and deliver high-impact projects. Optimize workflows for campaign execution, content creation, and program management. Develop SOPs to maintain consistency and scalability in marketing operations. Track and analyze key marketing metrics to guide strategic decisions. Collaborate with the analytics team to embed data-driven decision-making. Ensure timely, strategic, and well-executed marketing initiatives. Manage project milestones, deliverables, and coordination. Anticipate risks and implement proactive solutions for project success. Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience working with creative teams (Content, Design Video) Skilled in managing multiple projects and initiatives at once. Strong analytical expertise with hands-on experience in marketing analytics tools and platforms. Proficient in problem-solving and optimizing processes in dynamic settings.
