Position:

Role Summary:

IT Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Track project plans, follow-ups, and status updates across infra/security/cloud initiatives
Coordinate with vendors for deliverables, timelines, and escalations
Maintain documentation for audits (ISO 27001, SOC2, ITGC) and compliance tracking
Support DR drills, procurement workflows, and weekly status reporting
Prepare MoMs, action logs, RAID logs, and dashboards for ongoing initiatives
Escalate delays and blockers to leadership proactively

Skills & Experience:

2–5 years in IT coordination, PMO, or infrastructure support roles
Familiar with networks, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), virtualization, security tools
Strong in Excel, Jira, Confluence, or similar project tools
Good documentation and communication skills
Exposure to audit/compliance processes (ISO/SOC2) is a plus
ITIL Foundation or PMP (preferred but not mandatory)
