Project Controls

As a Project Controls professional at HYDR-L&T Energy in Hydrocarbon Knowledge City, Vadodara, your role will be crucial in providing leadership to a team of Planners and Cost Controllers for Mid Hydrocarbon Mid and Downstream projects. You will be responsible for guiding planners and cost controllers in developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules, costs, quantities, and ensuring smooth cash flow management. Your duties will include acting as the interface with Project Manager, Finance & Account, functional managers, and other stakeholders, including customers, in preparing project budgets, cost analysis, and timely and accurate forecasts of project costs and schedules on a monthly basis. You will need to raise alarms as necessary and maintain a healthy cash flow. Continuous coordination of cross-functional activities from proposal to the commissioning phase of the project will be essential. Additionally, you will support the Project Manager in developing and delivering presentations to management and customers, preparing progress reports, and actively participating in the development, maintenance, and updating of the project control system. Your role will involve providing key support to the Project Manager on issues such as change management, risk identification, mitigation, and playing a leadership role in selecting, appraising, coaching, mentoring, training, and developing project controls personnel. Furthermore, you will be required to support Forex/Commodity hedging actions, provide input related to risk to the Risk Coordinator, and give your expertise in project controls to ensure the success of the project. Your contributions will be vital in the effective planning, monitoring, and controlling of project activities, ultimately contributing to the successful execution of the project.,
