1.Minimum an Undergraduate in any degree.

2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in project management or a related field.

3. You should be Tech Savvy and should have basic knowledge on Project Management Softwares.

4. A good Communication with Multilingual is preferred. (English/Hindi/Regional Languages)

5. Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.

6. An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.

7. Strong working knowledge of MS Office.

• We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Management Follow-up Coordinator. This role will play a crucial role in supporting our special projects team through effective project follow-up, ensuring timely delivery and project completion.
• Proactively monitor the progress of the projects assigned: Utilize project management tools to track deadlines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Regularly follow up with team members: Conduct individual and team check-ins to identify and address roadblocks, offer support, and celebrate successes.
• Communicate effectively: Clearly communicate project updates, timelines, and expectations to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate problem-solving: Collaborate with team members and provide resources to overcome challenges and ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare reports and presentations: Generating Project report and dashboards and circulate it to the respective stakeholders.
• Project Documentation: Managing all project documentation and ensuring that all project records are up to date and accurate.
• Area of Improvement: Conducting NPD Project Postmortems and identify areas of Improvement and share lesson learned to the reporting manager.
