Key Responsibilities: Responsible for driving strategic growth, managing sales & marketing initiatives, and leading the execution of rooftop solar projects across targeted markets. The role requires a dynamic leader with strong expertise in business development, team management, and customer relationship management. Develop and implement strategic sales & marketing campaigns to drive growth in the rooftop solar segment. Identify new business opportunities, prospecting & lead generation, and expansion strategies. Work closely with senior management to forecast, budget, and plan business operations. Build and nurture relationships with key accounts, corporate clients, and government agencies. Negotiate and close high-value deals with executive presentation & negotiation skills. Oversee marketing strategies, branding, and digital outreach to enhance market penetration. Handle project financing through partnerships with institutions like SIDBI, SBI, PNB, etc. Work closely with government agencies for tender and policy understanding. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and contractual obligations. Strong understanding of solar financing models and government incentives. Expertise in managing large-scale rooftop solar portfolios across multiple regions. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical (or related field). 3-6 years of experience in solar EPC project execution. Willingness to travel and work at project sites as needed.
