Job Title: Manager Department: Delivery Job Location: Chennai Reporting To: Sr. Manager Job Duties / Responsibilities: Staff Management Directly supervises assigned TLs/AMs and is responsible to address day to day questions/concerns, ensure daily and weekly production targets are met and completion of CAP items when required (e.g. TL/AM self-review of cases). Provides on-going performance feedback, including concerns and recommendations raised by Technical and Quality Assurance teams. Responsible for completion of performance appraisals and corrective action as needed with support and guidance of Project Manager , Operations. Production and Project Management Responsible to monitor team s productivity and pacing and provide integral support to Project Manager , Operations in validating established benchmarks and creating and maintaining applicable SOPs. Escalates production concerns to Project Manager , Operations and facilitates case validation with Project Analyst or Project Lead as needed after initial outreach to TLs/AMs. For project(s) assigned, responsible for project dashboard maintenance, case and flag allocation for all project team members and daily completion of project production trackers, alerting Project Manager , Operations for any production deficit(s) and reason (e.g. slow performers, unplanned leaves) Data Management and Quality Review trackers and other data sources for discrepancies (e.g. Vasta Internal tracker) to ensure alignment with productive tasks; works with their team to reconcile reported tasks entries as needed to ensure accurate reporting. Works closely with MIS to establish and maintain workflows for productivity reporting; is responsible for on-going review and validation of data Performs basic data queries as needed to aid productivity monitoring and validation.

Overview The Project Analyst will be responsible for providing support to the senior members of the Global Operations team. This position will have high visibility and requires a high degree of accuracy and great communication skills to balance the needs of the business. This role requires coordinating with onshore business teams across multiple Geographies . The analyst will be responsible for, but is not limited to, monitoring Order to Cash business cycle, providing support in new project set-up, assist business teams in client billing and related reporting, become platform and process experts over time, work closely with senior team members for day to day activities. One of objectives of this team is to assist client facing staff to save time to work on revenue generating actions. This role is expected to provide assistance to facilitate those outcomes. How youll make an impact Client/Project data maintenance conduct ongoing client account and corresponding project setup, and maintenance in assigned system. Includes assigning and updating support staff designation on each client project. Client/Project data analysis data verification of client account and corresponding project information, helping to assure billing is being completed timely and accurately. Time entry reporting Share time details with Account Management Team to ensure accurate coding to correct projects as stated in provided contracts Client Invoicing Support - Assistance : Support project teams (Project Managers and Billing Managers) with billing for their clients and provide guidance and assistance (including creating invoices) on the procedural Review (QA) : Detailed scrutiny and approving the invoices submitted by project teams for procedural requirements, tracking all the billing activity, coordinating with Finance/IT teams, when needed. Reporting and Analysis - Report and monitor all the components related to Client Invoicing, including Advance bills, Unbilled WIP, Write-offs, Commissions, Accounts Receivables - Assist senior team members in different leadership/stakeholder reporting, driving key insights from those reports. Support Project Managers with tracking project deliverables and timelines, analyze dependencies, and ensure correct and complete tracking of tasks and milestones Take ownership of recurring operational activities such as preparing regular service reviews Build dashboards and reports leveraging tools like Excel Cubes, Pivot Tables, and PowerBI to extract and present service and project performance data Track and manage defect tickets and follow up with internal technical teams to ensure resolution progress. What You Bring 1-2 years experience in a role such as Project Analyst , Customer Success Associate , or BI/Reporting Coordinator Proficiency with data tools like PowerBI , Excel (cubes/pivots) , and basic dashboard interpretation Strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to take responsibility and get things done by coordinating across technical and non-technical stakeholders in a global organization Familiarity with defect/ticket tracking workflows is a plus (eg, Jira, Confluence) Prior experience with customer-facing coordination is a bonus Education (Preferred Fields of Study): bachelors degree in: IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics/Business Intelligence, or related field. .
