We are currently looking for smart-driven JAVA Programmers to join our global product development team and collaborate with subject matter experts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent business skills, outstanding analytical and logical abilities, professionalism, intelligence, and a strong desire to learn. Requirements: - Masters or bachelor's degree in Engineering (CSE / IT / MCA / Software) preferred. - Passionate fresher or less than 2 years of experience in Java applications. - Intellectual humility, creativity, willingness to learn from mistakes, and the ability to uplift others. - Excellent logical and analytical skills with integrated professionalism. - Strong knowledge in Java, Spring, Spring Boot (Mandatory), J2EE technologies, HTML, JavaScript, XML, CSS. - Familiarity with Angular is a plus. - Team player with a thirst for knowledge, energy for a fast-paced environment, and a desire to grow in an entrepreneurial company. Key Responsibilities: - Designing, coding, and deploying high-performance applications. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with solid technical abilities. - Effective communication with technical and non-technical personnel. - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Knowledge of SDLC from requirement analysis to testing and deployment is beneficial. - Devising solutions to potential issues. - Developing and maintaining product knowledge. - Guiding clients through project stages and transitioning to support organization. - Reviewing existing business processes and participating in Process Improvement Program.,
