Job Description

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in project/program management, preferably in a technology or engineering domain.
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects and delivering against milestones.
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities for both internal and external stakeholders.
Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, etc.).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certifications.
Experience managing client-facing programs.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Exposure to executive-level reporting and business review preparation.
