Overview:

TekWissen is a global workforce management provider that offers strategic talent solutions to our clients throughout India and world-wide. Our client is a company operating a marketplace for consumers, sellers, and content creators. It offers merchandise and content purchased for resale from vendors and those offered by thirdparty sellers.

Job Title: Program Manager II

The Top Responsibilities:

Design and implement talent development programs for Devices India employees, focusing on leadership workshops, upskilling opportunities, and team-building initiatives
Lead the evolution and execution of India Task Force programs, managing volunteer engagement and event coordination
Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives, including structured learning sessions on the client's culture and cross-functional networking events

Leadership Principles:

Deliver Results - Track record of executing complex programs with measurable outcomes
Learn and Be Curious - Experience in developing learning programs and fostering continuous improvement
Earn Trust - Ability to work with diverse stakeholders across multiple levels
Think Big - Capacity to scale programs across multiple locations and organizations

Mandatory Requirements:

5+ years of experience in program management or talent development or people strategy
Experience managing large-scale learning and development initiatives
Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to handle multiple concurrent programs
Excellent written and verbal communication

Desired skills:

Experience with volunteer program management
Organizational Development background
Experience with cross-cultural team development
Understanding of technical workforce development
Event management experience

Education or Certification:

Any graduation
