Contact your recruiter for in-office expectations clarification. As a member of the GSS DAS team, you'll drive analysis behind operations and product-related decisions at Uber. Perform activities showcasing analytical thought leadership and Program Manage multiple data-driven projects. The ideal candidate is experienced in working with large data sets, data visualization, and passionate about data and analytics. Responsibilities include: - Developing end-to-end analytical solutions using large, complex data sets. - Translating data into actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences. - Designing and maintaining KPI tracking systems for global operations. - Leading deep-dive analyses for product strategy, operational efficiency, and growth opportunities. - Building and maintaining dashboards using data visualization tools. - Driving experiment design, A/B testing, and statistical analysis. - Collaborating with cross-functional partners to define goals and influence decision-making. - Identifying opportunities for workflow automation and reporting process improvement. - Leading vendor data analysts and driving long-term process improvements. Requirements: - Bachelors or M.S. in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or similar fields. - Minimum 4 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data engineering. - Strong business and product sense. - Advanced SQL and Python expertise. - Advanced experience with dashboarding/data visualization tools. - Ability to work self-guided, deliver on tight timelines, and prioritize tasks effectively. - Effective communication and relationship management skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in experimental design, exploratory data analysis, data modeling, and statistical analysis. - Data engineering/pipeline creation experience. - Project management across large scopes in a fast-moving environment. - Experience working with Product and Engineering teams.,
