You support our team as PROFESSIONAL - CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE (F/M/D) Responsibilities Administration and configuration of the SAP C4C system. Ensuring smooth operation and system availability. Analysing, adapting, and optimizing SAP C4C processes. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify and implement requirements. Monitoring interfaces with other systems and ensuring data integrity. Performing regular system updates and implementing new functionalities. Developing solutions to automate workflows and processes. Proactively analysing and resolving issues to minimize system disruptions. Conducting user training sessions and providing technical support. Qualifications Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification. Solid experience with SAP C4C. Knowledge of integrating SAP C4C with external systems. Structured and solution-oriented approach with strong analytical skills. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team. Proficiency in written and spoken English.
