Production & WCM Manager

Your opportunity You will be responsible for overseeing the production operations on a day-to-day basis in Pune, India. Your main tasks will include guaranteeing smooth and efficient production process implementation, optimizing productivity, and minimizing costs. Your ultimate goal will be to execute production deliverables of maximum quality in a profitable manner. Your Mission As a key player, you will lead Equipment production and complete shop floor activity to optimize resources, driving end-to-end WCM activities. Your role will involve driving equipment production performance through proper supply chain set up, timely execution of required production plans, implementation of RCA and related corrective actions, and effective component supply management. You will also take the lead in WCM implementation, concept, and development within the equipment supply chain. Additionally, you will manage and lead teams directly or indirectly, being accountable for the WCM execution and providing input for the Equipment production strategy. Moreover, you will plan, implement, monitor, and review production schedules, as well as implement and enforce quality control and tracking programs to meet quality objectives. Your Profile To excel in this role, you should hold a minimum education of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Moreover, you should have 6 to 10 years of experience in Equipment Manufacturing, coupled with expertise in Equipment manufacturing, WCM, and Lean Manufacturing.,
