India's leading Automobile Manufacturing Company Location: Sanand, Gujrat Sector: Manufacturing & Industrial Local/ Migrants: Both No. of openings: 1000 Designation Production: Trainee Job Description: Assembling, Production, Maintenace, QC Etc Gender: Male & Female Both Qualification: 12th(All Trade), ITI of 2yrs(MMV, Maintenace mechanic, fitter, turner, machinist, instrument mechanic, electrician, electronics, Technician mechatronics, mechanic electric vehicle, Advanced CNC Machining technician) Age Criteria: 18-23 Any other criteria : Height-4fts & above, Weight-Min35kg , Max-70Kgs, no color blindness, Medically fit, Passing marks 40% for Female and 50 % for Male. Shift Timing: Rotational Shift Duty hours: 8 hrs Working Days & Week off: 6 days working, 1 week off Monthly NTH: 14649 for 1st year, 14935 for 2nd year Attendance Bonus: 2500 OT: As per company norms Night Shift Allowances: NA Earning Potential per month: 15K Other Benefits: PPE Canteen and transport at subsidized rates Uniform- 3 sets/ year Insurance- GPA (7.5 LPA) & GMA (1.0 LPA) Workmen compensation Leave- 18 days annually.
