Job Description: We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated freshers to join our production team. As a Production Trainee, you will be trained and guided to follow Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and support the day-to-day manufacturing activities. Key Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the workplace as per cGMP standards (Good Housekeeping). Assist in operating and cleaning production equipment as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Support in receiving and storing raw materials in the designated area as per request slips. Follow the manufacturing process as per Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR/LMR) under supervision. Adhere strictly to all safety rules and precautions while working on the shop floor. Assist in executing daily and monthly production schedules. Support in internal and external audits by maintaining accurate records and documents. Perform in-process checks under the supervision of senior staff and document the findings. Help maintain compliance with cGMP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and HACCP standards. Ensure the premises and equipment are kept clean and well-maintained with proper documentation. Participate in blending, packing, and labeling of finished goods as per instructions. You will be working full-time as a Trainee in the Production domain at Takve, Tal Maval, Pune. As a fresher with a BE/Diploma education, you will be operating and handling assembly machines during your 8-hour shift. The job involves working in 2 shifts - 7 AM to 3 PM and 3:30 PM to 11:30 PM. You will be on-roll with a 1-year working period commitment. The offered salary for this position is CTC 16k to 17k. Facilities such as a canteen for day shift, transportation for nearby locations, and a week off on Sundays will be provided. Additionally, food and health insurance benefits will be included. A performance bonus is also part of the package. The ideal candidate should have the ability to commute to Pune, Maharashtra, and should be willing to relocate before starting work. As a Peptides Production Trainee, you will be responsible for learning and assisting in the production of peptides according to established protocols and quality standards. This position is designed to provide hands-on training in peptide synthesis, purification, and related processes. Key Responsibilities: Understand and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for peptide synthesis. Assist in the preparation of reagents, solutions, and equipment for peptide production. Execute peptide synthesis under the guidance of experienced personnel Learn and perform purification techniques such as HPLC, chromatography, and filtration. Assist in maintaining accurate records of production and testing activities. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety guidelines.
