Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production activities, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise daily production operations on the shop floor.

* Allocate tasks to workers and monitor productivity levels.

* Ensure production targets and deadlines are met efficiently.

* Maintain quality standards and minimize production wastage.

* Monitor the usage of raw materials and resources.

* Maintain accurate production reports and documentation.

* Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and inventory departments.

* Train and guide production staff for optimum output.

* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
