Job Title: Production Helper Department: Manufacturing / Production Reports To: Production Supervisor or Line Manager Location: Navsari Employment Type: [Full-time/Part-time/Shift-based] Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Production Helper to assist in the manufacturing process. The Production Helper supports machine operators, assembles products, maintains a clean work environment, and ensures production runs smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Assist machine operators and production staff with daily tasks. Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment. Move raw materials to the production area and finished products to storage. Inspect products for quality and report any defects or irregularities. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area. Follow safety protocols and report any unsafe conditions. Package, label, and prepare products for shipment. Perform basic assembly tasks as needed. Assist with inventory counts and material tracking.
