Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage daily production operations ensuring adherence to quality, timelines, and cost efficiency. Prepare and maintain accurate daily production reports, highlighting progress, bottlenecks, manpower deployment, and material usage. Develop and implement production planning and control strategies to optimize output and efficiency. Maintain strict control over lead times, production schedules, and resource allocation.
