Product Sales Executive Electronic Locks

The job requires you to be responsible for achieving sales targets for the assigned product in the designated area/region. You will be expected to drive the company's vision and contribute to the development of innovative new products. Market research plays a crucial role in identifying user needs for new products and updates. You will need to prioritize product opportunities based on predefined criteria and requirements established during research. Conducting competition benchmarking to understand product strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats is essential. Your role will involve establishing requirements and specifications for new products and effectively communicating the vision and goals of new products to the development team. Leading and participating in planning meetings, as well as providing guidance on product direction, are key responsibilities. Managing cross-functional teams across business, sales, product, design, and engineering departments is a crucial part of the job. Developing metrics to evaluate product success, determining necessary enhancements, and collaborating with customers, team members, and external stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive understanding of products and evolving needs are also part of the role. As a candidate, you are required to have an MBA with 3 to 5 years of sales experience. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Hindi and English (Marathi optional) are necessary. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel, is essential. Knowledge of the sales process, good presentation skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to understand customer issues are desired qualities.
