Role Overview Were looking for a strategic and creative Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market efforts, drive user engagement, and shape the narrative around our platform’s features and mission. You’ll work closely with product, growth, and community teams to position Impacteers as the go-to destination for career transformation. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new features, tools, and services. Craft compelling product messaging and positioning for diverse user segments (students, professionals, startups). Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback studies to inform product strategy. Collaborate with product and UX teams to ensure feature adoption and user satisfaction. Create and manage multi-channel campaigns (email, social, SEO, webinars) to drive engagement and conversions. Build and maintain product collateral including landing pages, case studies, demo decks, and explainer videos. Track and report on KPIs such as activation rate, feature usage, and retention. Required Skills & Experience 4–6 years in product marketing, preferably in EdTech, HRTech, or SaaS. Strong understanding of user personas, customer journeys, and lifecycle marketing. Experience with growth tools like HubSpot, Mixpanel, Google Analytics. Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and content strategy skills. Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects. Passion for career development, education, and social impact.
