Role Description

Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Roadmap:

  Define product vision and strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives. Create and manage detailed product roadmaps.

• Product-Market Fit:

  Drive efforts to identify and achieve product-market fit by validating value propositions, testing hypotheses, and iterating based on user feedback and metrics.

• SaaS & Enterprise Product Development:

  Lead the development and scaling of SaaS and enterprise-grade solutions, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability.

• Market & Competitor Analysis:

  Continuously assess market trends, competitive landscape, and user needs to inform product decisions and maintain strategic advantage.

• Cross-functional Collaboration:

  Work closely with engineering, design, QA, and business teams to align goals and ensure seamless execution.

• Usage Tracking & Feedback Loops:

  Set up product analytics, monitor feature adoption and user behavior, and use insights to improve product features and UX.

• Feature & Release Management:

  Own the prioritization, definition, and timely release of product features. Coordinate release schedules, documentation, and stakeholder communication.

• Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy:

  Collaborate with marketing, sales, and support teams to develop and execute successful GTM plans, product launches, and customer enablement.

• Stakeholder Communication:

  Act as a central point for stakeholder alignment, providing regular updates, gathering inputs, and ensuring transparency in product progress.

• Quality & Delivery Oversight:

  Ensure products meet business and user requirements with a focus on usability, scalability, and performance.

Skill Sets

• Product Management:

  Proven experience managing digital and/or SaaS products end-to-end, from ideation to post-launch optimization.

• Technical Fluency:

  Solid understanding of the SDLC, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure), APIs, and agile product development practices.

• Strategic Thinking:

  Ability to analyze market dynamics, identify growth opportunities, and prioritize product investments.

• Customer Empathy:

  Strong user-centric mindset with the ability to gather insights, understand pain points, and craft intuitive solutions.

• Data-Driven Decision Making:

  Proficiency in using data and metrics to validate decisions, measure success, and iterate features.

• Collaboration & Communication:

  Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative approach to working across teams.

• Tools Expertise:

• Product & Project Management:

  JIRA, ClickUp, Trello, Asana

• Product Analytics & Usage Tracking:

  Mixpanel, Amplitude, Hotjar, Google Analytics, Heap

• Customer Feedback & Research:

  Typeform, SurveyMonkey, Useberry, Maze, Dovetail

• Competitor & Market Analysis:

  SimilarWeb, SEMrush, CB Insights, Crunchbase

• Feature Management & Release Planning:

  LaunchDarkly, Productboard, Aha!, Notion

• GTM & Roadmapping:

  Figma (for prototyping), Airtable, Confluence, HubSpot (for GTM alignment)
