We are seeking a passionate and motivated Software Developer (Fresher) to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or those starting their careers in software development to gain hands-on experience, learn new technologies, and contribute to impactful projects. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the team to understand project requirements and translate them into functional code. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices. Assist in designing, developing, and testing software components and applications. Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues as they arise. Stay updated with new technologies and industry trends to continuously improve skills. Follow company standards and procedures for software development. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. Basic understanding of programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or others. Familiarity with databases, APIs, and web technologies is a plus. Good problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
