Job Description

Job Title:

Role & Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end product lifecycle for CIS/CRM projects in the utility and power domain.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, support, and business stakeholders.
Define product strategy, gather business requirements, and convert them into detailed functional specifications.
Work closely with utility clients to understand business needs and ensure effective solution delivery.
Present project updates, roadmaps, and value propositions to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Skills Required:

Product Management
Strong experience in product lifecycle and delivery management.
CIS/CRM Expertise
– Hands-on experience with Customer Information Systems (CIS) or CRM platforms in the utilities sector.
Presentation Skills
– Able to deliver clear, concise presentations to stakeholders and leadership.
Communication Skills
– Excellent verbal and written skills to work effectively across departments and clients.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience working with power and utility clients or vendors.
Familiarity with CIS platforms like Oracle CC&B, SAP IS-U, or similar.
Background in Agile methodologies or SAFe frameworks.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
