The Training and Education Manager position based in Gurgaon / Delhi will require you to lead training programs for internal teams and dental professionals. Your role will be crucial in creating awareness and confidence in our implant and biomaterial products through effective education and strategic collaboration. To be considered for this role, you must hold an MDS in Implantology and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in dental implants, biomaterials, or digital dentistry. Prior experience in training, academic teaching, or product education would be advantageous. A strong understanding of current dental industry trends and technology is also essential. Your primary responsibilities will include enhancing the knowledge and skills of sales and support teams through internal training sessions. You will also organize and deliver training sessions to dental professionals to drive product adoption. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in implantology, partnering with dental institutions and academic bodies for educational initiatives, planning and executing training events, workshops, and seminars, and aligning training activities with overall business goals and marketing strategies. We are seeking candidates with excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, the ability to design and deliver effective training programs, experience in cross-functional collaboration, proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic digital tools, and a passion for education, innovation, and advancing dental practices.
