Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Product Designer with 2 to 7 years of experience to join our team in the IT Services & Consulting industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing SaaS or AI-driven products and be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand product requirements and develop user-centered design solutions.
Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for complex software applications.
Develop and maintain design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions.
Create prototypes and high-fidelity designs to communicate design concepts.
Work closely with development teams to ensure design solutions are feasible and implemented correctly.

Job Requirements

Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in designing SaaS or AI-driven products.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar is essential.
Ability to think creatively and develop innovative design solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Experience working in an agile environment with iterative design processes.
