Job Description

As a Product Designer II at Inspire Brands, you will collaborate with the User Experience Research & Design team and various stakeholders to design web and app experiences for our brands. Your primary focus will be on creating e-commerce experiences that are simple, usable, and desirable for our users. You will work closely with feedback from our 100+ million customers to meet guest needs and enhance the digital restaurant experience. Your role involves not just creating interfaces, but also contributing to the development and launch of sophisticated digital products that cater to millions of our guests. In this position, you will play a key role in shaping the next generation of experiences for our brand portfolio. You will be responsible for designing experiences for our brands" customers and franchisees, as well as contributing to the evolution of our unified design system. Working in collaboration with teams such as Brand, Product Management, Engineering, and Performance Analytics, you will translate business objectives into digital experiences. The UX Research & Design team at Inspire Brands operates in an agile environment, with designers functioning as part of multi-disciplinary scrum teams. Your duties will include experimenting with design options, generating early design concepts, specifying finished designs, conducting research and testing, continuous iteration and refinement, as well as active involvement in team collaborations and design system contributions. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields such as Design, Computer Science, Software Design, Digital Media, Human-Computer Interaction, or related disciplines. Alternatively, equivalent training and experience will be considered. The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years of experience in UX design and Product design, with expertise in e-commerce design, interaction design, information architecture, and design research. Proficiency in UX Design, Design Systems, Figma, and Prototyping is essential, while additional certifications in UX and usability are advantageous. Key requirements include a strong foundation in design thinking, mobile-first design, web design, and responsive design. You should also demonstrate expertise in using Figma for design and prototyping, contributing to design systems, and adhering to design and usability guidelines for mobile and web interfaces. As a Product Designer II, you will be expected to lead design initiatives, manage multiple projects, facilitate meetings, present ideas effectively, advocate for user needs, balance business requirements, and deliver results in an agile design environment. Your ability to communicate, negotiate, and apply expert knowledge in the field will be crucial for success in this role.,
