Product Demo Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a confident and customer-focused Product Demo Executive with 3+ years of experience in delivering engaging product demonstrations and pre-sales support. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in communicating product demo to clients, explain product usage, handling client queries, and supporting the sales cycle with a strong understanding of technology or SaaS-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct personalized product demonstrations for potential clients across virtual platforms or in-person, tailored to industry and use case.
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align demo strategy with client needs.
• Clearly articulate product features, functionalities, and benefits to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Handle real-time client queries, objections, and provide follow-up documentation or support when required.
• Assist in the creation and regular update of demo scripts, decks, and video walkthroughs.
• Maintain a strong understanding of product updates, client feedback, and competitor positioning.
• Work in coordination with Pre-Sales or Tech teams for Proof of Concept (POC) or pilot deployments.
• Provide feedback from demos to the Product team for feature enhancements or documentation improvement.
• Maintain CRM records for all demo activities and client interactions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in product demos, pre-sales, or client-facing technical roles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a persuasive approach.
• Experience with SaaS or tech-based products preferred.
• Ability to understand client business needs and map product features accordingly.
• Familiarity with tools like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, CRM systems, PowerPoint, and Google Slides.
• Strong problem-solving, listening, and objection-handling skills
