As a Product Analyst Support, you will play a critical role in collaborating with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of our software solutions. Responsibilities

• Monitor and support business-critical applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues.
• Work with users to understand and resolve their concerns.
• Document issues, resolutions, and best practices.
• Collaborate with development teams for bug fixes and enhancements.
• Perform system health checks and routine maintenance.
• Assist in testing new application releases.
• Provide technical support through email, chat, or phone.
• Support the preparation of reports and presentations based on analytical findings.
• Help maintain and update product documentation and databases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect user feedback
• Assist in monitoring product performance metrics and KPIs.
  

Requirements

Bachelors degree in computer science, IT, or related field

Basic knowledge of databases (SQL, MySQL, Oracle, etc.).

Understanding of Windows/Linux operating systems

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Eagerness to learn and grow in a technical support role.
