Monitor and manage budgets across sectors, optimizing resource allocation and minimizing supply chain costs.
Oversee inventory levels and ensure timely supply to avoid production interruptions.
Lead, mentor, and develop the procurement team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Implement training programs to enhance team capabilities in supplier management, negotiation, and regulatory understanding.
