As an international general contractor, we specialize in the engineering, design, and construction of industrial facilities for a diverse range of clients worldwide, including oil companies and multinational corporations. Renowned for our expertise in the oil and gas sector in Spain and Europe, as well as the refining sector globally, we primarily focus on large turnkey industrial projects. Additionally, we offer engineering, management, start-up, and operating services for industrial plants. Currently, we are seeking a Procurement Contracting Advisor with 5 to 10 years of experience in similar roles to join our team. Responsibilities: CORPORATE - Participate in developing new procurement contracting conditions to address specific market needs. - Enhance procurement contracting standards to align with current market requirements by monitoring and analyzing changes, modifications, and deviations in project procurement conditions. - Support other procurement departments in implementing procurement contracting conditions by harmonizing them with their procedures. - Facilitate collaboration with the Legal Department and other disciplines on contractual matters. - Prepare/review contractual conditions for corporate agreements related to the Procurement area. - Conduct training on contracting conditions. - Provide advice on general contractual matters. PROJECTS - Monitor and oversee the accurate preparation of Project Procurement Contracting Conditions documents. - Supervise amendments and modifications to Project Procurement Contracting Conditions to ensure coherence and risk mitigation in line with project requirements. - Demonstrate strong influencing and leadership skills. - Ensure alignment of Project Procurement contractual requirements across involved disciplines. - Monitor proper compilation and filing of Project Procurement Contracting Conditions. - Advise Sellers/Subcontractors on deviations from Project Procurement Contracting Conditions. - Resolve doubts, conflicts, and disagreements related to Project Procurement Contracting Conditions and Purchase Orders throughout the project life cycle. Requirements: - Master's or Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar field. - Master's in Law is desirable. - 5-7 years of experience in contract management. - Experience in Power, Oil & Gas, and Energy Transition EPC sector. - Proficiency in drafting and negotiating contracts. - Knowledge of making contractual back-to-back. - Advanced proficiency in MS Office. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, flexibility, and adept at mediating to reconcile different interests. - Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and exceptional problem-solving skills. - Demonstrated leadership and influencing abilities.,
